Learn the basics

Definition

What is a multi-location operations platform?

A short definition, the main components and examples by industry.

Comparison

SiteQuilt vs paper and spreadsheets

Paper forms and spreadsheets are cheap, familiar and flexible. They stop working when you have several locations and need to know, today, what was done where.

Comparison

SiteQuilt vs a standalone POS

A POS records sales and payments. SiteQuilt includes its own POS and inventory management, or connects to the POS you already run, and adds the operations around the sale.

Comparison

SiteQuilt vs dedicated HACCP apps

Dedicated HACCP apps digitise food-safety records. SiteQuilt includes HACCP checks and links them to receiving, stock, labels, sales and training on the same data.

Comparison

SiteQuilt vs restaurant compliance software

Restaurant compliance tools cover checklists and food-safety tasks across locations. SiteQuilt covers them too, and runs them on the same data as POS, kitchen, stock and documents.

Comparison

Ana vs answering the phone in the kitchen

When the team answers the phone by hand, calls compete with the counter and the kitchen. Ana takes calls and sends orders to the same queue as every other channel.

Comparison

SiteQuilt vs audit and checklist software

Dedicated audit and checklist apps do one thing well: forms, scores and photos. SiteQuilt includes checklists and audits, and connects them to stock, documents, sales and training.

How we measure

Where our figures come from

The figures on this site come from our own quick-service operation: one location, July to October 2026, read from the platform's own records (camera events, documents read, procedure checks and kitchen orders). We do not show figures from other companies or estimates.

Every location is different, so during onboarding we measure your starting point and track the same indicators from day one. You see the progress on a single screen.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does SiteQuilt replace my POS?

It can. SiteQuilt includes order entry, or it connects to the POS you already run.

Is camera footage sent to the cloud?

No. Vision runs on a small computer at your site; only check results and selected snapshots are stored.

Who is the virtual assistant?

An AI virtual assistant that answers guests on chat and phone and hands over to your team.

Is there a minimum contract?

No minimum contract on monthly plans. Annual billing saves 2 months.

Which industries do you support?

Quick-service & restaurants, hotels, food production, retail, pharma, warehouses & logistics.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the systems you already run and whether your providers offer public APIs. We confirm the plan after discovery; the pilot length is agreed with you.
