  1. Parties. sitequilt.com is operated by JOYUS S.R.L., VAT ID RO52880790, Trade Register no. J2025086704008, registered office Calea Moșilor nr. 88, Sc. F, Ap. F1, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania. Using the site means accepting these terms.
  2. Scope. The site presents the SiteQuilt platform. Customer use of the platform is governed by a separate service agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
  3. Information. Prices and features shown are indicative and may change; the binding offer is the contract. Prices are subject to VAT in accordance with Romanian tax law.
  4. Acceptable use. No unauthorised access, security testing without written consent, mass automated scraping, or unlawful use.
  5. Intellectual property. Content, brand and design belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party marks (e.g. Glovo and Bolt) belong to their owners and are referenced for information only.
  6. Liability. The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
