Where we started. SiteQuilt started in a real quick-service kitchen with dine-in, pickup and delivery. Counter, Glovo and Bolt orders arrived on separate tablets, recipes and costs lived in spreadsheets, sales were checked against the Z report by hand and food-safety checks were on paper. We built the tool we needed ourselves.
What we believe. Prevention is the foundation of the architecture. One screen that shows what is really happening in every location, without endless supervision and checks. Cameras track the process, not the person, and processing happens on site.
What we do today. An operations platform for multi-location businesses: vision checks on existing cameras, a virtual assistant for staff and customers, checklists and digital audits, POS marcaj și gestiune, documents read automatically and P&L per location. Tested in production.
Our numbers (our own operation, one location, Jul–Oct 2026): 192,012 positive and negative operational events detected automatically, mostly through vision (11 cameras / 1 location); 307 documents read automatically; 99% of procedure checks closed; 98% of kitchen orders on time.
